ORDER AND SERVICE TERMS

ORDERING
-Orders must be placed using the ordering portal.
-All instructions must be entered into the portal’s 8-Countsheet
-Production begins only after all necessary information has been provided.
-If we have not received all required materials from the customer in time, the order may be postponed or canceled.
-If the customer prefers not to search for music selections themselves, we can do it on their behalf. However, any changes made later to these selections may incur additional charges.
-If the customer cannot or does not want to write lyrics for custom materials, they can provide keywords or brief ideas, which will be used as a basis for the lyrics.

DELIVERY TIME
-Estimated delivery times apply only if all required materials have been delivered on time.
-You will find instructions deadlines for each package from order portal, product page or from info page.
-The time reserved through the calendar is an estimate, and the actual delivery time may vary by a few business days.
-Requests for edits must be submitted using the correction feature in the order portal.
-We aim to complete corrections within one week, but during high-demand periods, this may extend to a maximum of two weeks.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
-If you need your music sooner than what is available on the calendar, you may order it with express delivery.
-The express delivery option is available when creating a new project: select a delivery date from the calendar and click “Express Delivery” to see the next available express slot.
-Express delivery slots are limited.
-Each product has an individual express delivery price.

MUSIC SELECTIONS
-All music used in competition tracks must be available through licensing services.
-Music details must be entered into the “Music Selections” section of the portal’s 8-Countshee.
-If you want specific songs in particular sections, you may place them under specific sections in the 8-Countsheet.
-Ensure the music information is accurate. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in the music not being used.
-If a song cannot be licensed, its use is at the customer’s own risk, including any legal consequences.

CUSTOM MATERIALS
-Custom materials for competition music are created based on the customer’s preferences.
-Not all requests may be feasible, and artists have creative freedom to adapt lyrics in line with their style.
-Custom materials included in the product price are provided once; any additional changes will incur extra charges.

EDITS AND CORRECTIONS
-Each product includes a specified number of corrections, outlined in the product information.
-Corrections not included in the product price will be charged separately.
-Additional correction services can be purchased for music ordered in the same or previous calendar year.
-Submit corrections through the portal and document them in a new 8-Countsheet.
-The correction claim period for competition music is 14 days.
-Customers are responsible for checking the delivered product and reporting any errors.
-Corrections require notification within the correction period; errors reported later will not be addressed.

CLAIMS
-A claimable error is defined as a mistake by the composer that deviates from the customer’s instructions.
-Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
-The claim must include a clear description of the error or deficiency and any supporting evidence.
If the claim is valid, we will aim to correct the error as soon as possible, within the correction timeframe.
-Corrections that fall outside the original agreement may incur additional charges.
-Claims will not be processed if the issue stems from vague or incomplete customer instructions or use of unlicensed music.
-If corrections exceed the agreed-upon limit or timeframe, any extra costs will be agreed upon separately.
-Claims do not entitle the customer to a refund. Claims will be resolved primarily through correction of the product.

COPYRIGHTS
-All competition music ordered from Fleva Productions Oy is licensed for use in cheerleading and dance training and performances.
-The license duration and terms are specified on the licensing receipt.
-The content of the competition music may not be published as a standalone work (e.g. on streaming services like Spotify), distributed, or used for commercial purposes without separate permission.
-When publishing online, the customer must comply with applicable copyright laws.
-Distribution of competition music for training use within the team is allowed up to 40 copies.
-If the customer wishes to use unlicensed material in the competition music, they do so at their own risk. Fleva Productions Oy is not liable for any copyright-related consequences or other resulting damages.
-Fleva Productions’ liability in legal matters is limited to a maximum of three times the product price.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
-All products include a satisfaction guarantee.
-If the customer is not satisfied with the ordered competition, performance, or dance music, we will correct or modify the product within the terms of the guarantee.
-In cases of artistic disagreement, the guarantee covers one revision.
-The customer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the delivered product and reporting any issues.
-If no correction request is submitted within 14 days of delivery, the product is considered approved.
-No refunds are issued for custom products. In claim situations, the product will be corrected according to the satisfaction guarantee terms.
-All claim situations will be handled in cooperation with the customer.
-The customer must ensure the music meets the requirements of the intended competition, such as duration.
-The customer must check every version of the music. Competition music should be reviewed again after any revisions. For example, changing the tempo affects the total length.

INVOICING
-Orders can be paid via invoice, e-invoice, PayPal, or credit card.
-The club/organization must provide billing details for invoicing.
-If the club refuses to pay, the person placing the order is personally responsible for the payment.
-The invoice will be sent electronically without extra charge. A paper invoice will incur a 10 € processing fee.
-Use or performance of the ordered product is prohibited until payment is received.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By submitting the order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
